Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
